3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account credentials secure.
  • Providing accurate account/contact information.
  • All activity associated with your account.
  • Complying with applicable laws when using the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

  • Upload or distribute illicit, infringing, or harmful content.

  • Paid subscriptions are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
  • We may change fees with advance notice, which will apply to future billing periods.

7. Disclaimers & Warranties

  • The Service is provided "as is," with no express or implied warranties.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific results.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for breaches or misuse.
  • Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease; you may export your content within a reasonable time.
